On the fitting of data to a Frenkel effect model of conduction in insulators.

In some published work, the omission of the voltage from the pre-exponential factor in the current expression derived from the Frenkel effect has resulted in errors in constants calculated from the data. This is illustrated with an example from the literature in which the data fits a Schottky model much more closely than the Frenkel model.
