For the past 20 years, telecommunication companies have developed many Operations Systems (OS) to support their telecommunication operations. Each OS usually has its own user interface. In this talk, an approach is proposed in integrating the existing OSs by developing an integrated OS user interface using modern data and computer networks. This integrated OS interface will provide telecommunication personnel and end-users a much simpler and effective way of managing their telecommunication networks using the existing un-integrated OSs.
