Overview talk on Defense Commerical Telecommunications Network for System Engineering

The talk presents an overview of the Defense Commercial Telecommunications Network (DCTN) with special emphasis on the roles and responsibilities of the System Engineer. The DCTN project is used as an example to illustrate the various System Engineering tasks inherent in any major project. The purpose is to encourage minority students to consider System Engineering at Bell labs, as a career option.
