Panel Discussion at NEPCON EAST on Aqueous Processing of Military Electronics

SUMMARY: The approach that AT&T has taken in introducing aqueous processing to printed circuit board manufacture will be briefly reviewed. The current state of AT&T aqueous processing, the qualification of such processing for reliability through materials and process specification and control, and the results in terms of assembly cost and reliability will be outlined.
