Zero- and longitudinal-field muon spin relaxation (Mu sup (+) SR) measurements have been performed on the sintered antiferromagnetic series La sub (2-x) Sr sub (x) CuO sub 4 (with x=0.0, 0.01, 0.02, and 0.05) and single-crystal La sub 2 CuO sub 4, above and below their spin freezing temperatures T sub N.
