Plasma deposition of thin films - Silicon nitride and other insulator films.

The plasma-assisted deposition on insulator films for microelectronics is reviewed. Emphasis is given to the deposition and properties of silicon nitride and silicon dioxide. Summaries and references are provided for other insulating films. This is an invited chapter for a book to be published by CRC Press.
