Quality of service measures in telecommunications networks - Australasian guidelines

Telecommunications networks are undergoing a transformation from time-division multiplexing towards an IP-based next-generation network (NGN). This paper provides an overview of industry guidelines for quality of service (QoS) measures in multivendor NGNs, currently being developed by Communications Alliance, for deployment in Australasia.
