Quantum reflection in the presence of dissipation.

We present the results of a distorted wave Born Approximator calculation of the quantum reflection of low energy electrons from a helium surface. The inelasticity comes from a coupling to ripplons. Emphasis is placed on an analysis of the zero energy limit of reflection absorption and inelastic scattering.
