Reliability of Attribute Measurement Data

The Burlington Plant manufactures a full line of product for the government and therefore must adhere to many MIL requirements such as 100% visual inspection of solder joints. AT&T-BL Quality Assurance Center proposed using the Orthogonal Array Designed Experiment technique to improve the visual inspection yield, since this technique had been used successfully in the past to improve other manufacturing processes.
