Reliability Requirements - Allocation

Reliability allocation is a necessary part of development planning to achieve the product reliability requirements. The practice of reliability allocation to subsystems is not common in product developments. In this presentation, we describe a process for allocating reliability requirements to each hardware and software product module such that the overall product reliability requirements are achieved with minimum research and development resources.
