Reply to a comment by S. Ramakrishnan and Girish Chandra to 'Universal disorder induced transition in the resistivity behavior of strongly coupled metals' by M. Gurvitch.

This is a reply to a comment by S. Ramakrishan and Girish Chandra on my recent publication in Phys. Review [M. Gurvitch, "Universal- Induced transition in the resistivity behavior of strongly coupled metals," PRL 56, 647 (1986)] in which the authors discussed what they considered exceptions to my "universal" correlation. I disagree with most of what they are saying and doubt the rest, as discussed in my reply. My original paper was circulated as 11151-850723-45TM.
