Sampled-data Analog Squarer.

A novel sampled-data analog squarer circuit is described. This circuit makes use of the non-linearity property of MOS transistors operating in the triode mode. It possesses very low sensitivity to transistor mismatches. A prototype of this squarer circuit has been implemented in our 1.5 micron CMOS technology.
