Scalable Monitoring of End-to-End Delay in Live Video Services

In this article, we propose a simple method to monitor the end-to-end live lag in a way which is scalable and meaningful for the service providers. The proposal is based on detecting the wall-clock timestamp of the video frames at capture time and inserting it in-band, so that it is available at any point in the network.
