SCED - A family of GaAs single-rail source-coupled ED logic.

Four GaAs single-rail source-coupled, enhancement-depletion inverters are presented, and their performance is investigated by simulation. All have the property that their circuit threshold is unchanged when the threshold voltage of the enhancement transistors varies over a large range of values. In addition, they have larger noise margins, but are slower, than the basic ED inverter.
