Secure Audio Teleconferencing

This paper describes a means of secure digital audio conferencing where clear speech does not appear at the conference bridge. Previous systems are restricted to linear and nonadaptive speech coding, (most speech coding techniques, including PCM and ADPCM as standardized by the CCITT are not linear) or provide local bridging.
