Semiconductor Interfaces: Formation and Properties

This volume in the Springer Proceedings in Physics Series stems from the Workshop of the same title held in Les Houches, France, February 24 - March 6, 1987. The volume is divided into several sections. The first section is entitled "Experimental Study of the Formation of Semiconductor Interfaces" and is devoted to the synthesis of the semiconductor interfaces to be characterized in the rest of the book.
