Stand-Alone Signaling Link Monitor for CCITT No.6 Systems

The signaling link monitor (SLM), developed by AT&T Bell Laboratories, is a CCITT Signaling System No. 6 analyzer. The SLM is switching-machine independent and consists of a standard personal computer with two commercially available V.26 modems and a printer. Access to the transfer links is through an SLM jacking arrangement with patch cords.
