StarRep: A Rule-Based System to Assist Repair Service Representatives

StarRep is a rule-based user access system which provides an integrated interface to multiple Operations Systems (OSs). The system assists telephone company representatives who enter trouble reports from residence, small business customers. The StarRep system supports the RBOCs in providing high quality customer service while reducing training costs and the overall costs of repair.
