Submicron Integrated Circuits
01 January 1989
Each author will in 30-40 pages emphasize scaling limits as applied to various integrated circuit technologies. The chapters from Bell Laboratories authors will contain only material already in the public domain. We should benefit especially from the information in chapters by M. Shur and D. K. Ferry. M. Shur is the foremost theoretician specializing in modeling of submicron GaAs devices. D. K. Ferry has ideas which could lead to solution of the wiring problem.
