We present svvamp, a simulator dedicated to the study of voting and manipulation. Preference profiles for the voters can be imported from external files or generated through several probabilistic models. For each profile, different kinds of statistics can be computed, for example about the existence of a Condorcet winner. More than 20 voting systems are implemented. For each election, the simulator can compute Independence of Irrelevant Alternatives (IIA), Individual Manipulation (IM) and several variants of Coalitional Manipulation (CM), with approximate or exact algorithms.
