Synthesizing the Synthesizer: A Synthesized Hardware Accelerator for Behavioral Model Synthesis

The logic extraction and reduction portion of a behavioral model synthesis program has been synthesized by the behavioral model synthesis program to create a hardware accelerator for behavioral model synthesis. Approximately one order of magnitude improvement in performance of behavioral model synthesis was obtained with the hardware accelerator.
