SysTech, Inc. (A) and (B)

I have written two business cases, "Sys-Tech, Inc. (A)" and "Sys-Tech, Inc. (B)", which explore the behavioral, managerial, and motivational aspects of performance evaluations. These cases are designed to be used in an educational setting. It is my intention to offer them to The College of William and Mary (W&M) for use in its Executive MBA curriculum as well as possible publication in a planned buinsess case series. Since this is my first attempt at instructional text, I am being assisted by a professor on the W&M faculty, Dr. W. Geary.
