TARANTO Deliverable 351-Intermediate report on System-level integration, simulation and characterization of targeted application circuits

This document includes the Nokia parts of a report generated within the externally funded research project TARANTO with the aim to be submittet to the European Commission. It addresses the application of SiGe BiCMOS circuitries for 28/39 GHz mobile access in 5G communication and the application of CMOS A/D and D/A converters in 1 Tbit/s optical transceivers.
