Temperature Dependence of Donor Susceptibility in n:CdSe by Faraday Rotation

The temperature dependence of the donor susceptibility in n:CdSe has been measured by the Faraday rotation (FR) for two samples on the insulating side of the transition with room temperature carrier concentration, n=.33 n sub c and n=.4 n sub c ~=3x10 sup 17 is the critical concentration. For n=.33 n sub c, the FR was studied at four different wavelengths from 6815angstroms to 6900angstroms.
