This internal report presents an overview of FANTASTIC-5G Guidelines and Procedures developed specifically for partners perusal in order to secure a smooth operation of the project, facilitate the working process and to minimise administrative overhead. The deliverable covers such areas as project s roles and responsibilities, tools, quality assurance and risk management, document handling procedures, reporting procedures and external communication. The deliverable describes the mechanism emplaced in order to secure the quality of the results delivered. It is seen to be complementary to the grant agreement and the consortium agreement.
