The BUD-DAA High-Level Synthesis System

The BUD-DAA hardware synthesis system, developed at AT&T Bell Labs, takes a behavioral description of a digital system and generates a register-transfer level design for that system. BUD does global analysis of the design, allocates functional units to do the operates required, and schedules the operations.
