We sit on the cusp of a revolution in information driven by the intersection of a massive increase in the sources of data and the ability to augment our intelligence and use critical thinking to turn this data into knowledge. Information can be defined as the communication or reception of knowledge or intelligence; knowledge obtained from investigation, study, or instruction.
