The Situation Room Project

The project objective is to build a Situation Room for use by AT&T senior executives to support strategic analysis and business planning activities. The physical Situation Room environment uses high-resolution technology to display a wide range of computer and video outputs, and will eventually provide flexible, data-driven modeling and on-line analysis capabilities. Executives are able to access desired information without touching a keyboard or summoning technical assistance. The intent is to support information transfer and decision making by individual or small groups of executives, while minimizing distracting mechanics.
