The State Of Cold Fusion

This talk will present a summary of the report of the Panel on Cold Fusion of the Energy Research Advisory Board of Department of Energy. The presentation will cover the evidence so far presented concerning the phenomenon of electrochemically induced nuclear fusion of deuterium in palladium which the Panel finds not persuasive of the effect. The work represents the panel conclusions, is approved for delivery by the Panel chair, and is independent of my work at AT&T Bell Laboratories.
