Unimpaired Idler Generation in Four-Band Amplifiers Using Co- and Counterphased Modulation Technique

Two-pump parametric amplifiers are characterized by the existence of four distinct amplification bands. A new technique allows for unimpaired wavelength conversion and does not require conventional pump phase delay management.
