Workshop on Cleaning Alternatives to CFC-113 in the Electronics Industry

Given my technical background I am well acquainted with both AT&T's cleaning technology and much of what is used by other companies and described in open literature. I am also well acquainted with the various pro- and con - environments arguments. I see no difficulty in keeping AT&T processes proprietary while discussing the general aspects of any technology.
