Yield-Enhanced GaAs Fast Turn-Around ICs

Fast turn-around ICs are receiving increasing attention because of the advantages they offer to hardware designers and managers in terms of reduced schedule risk, reduced test development effort, and, in some cases, reduced inventory expense. The turnaround time of these ICs is typically less than a week and they employ interconnect with programmable fuses and/or antifuses, which may be programmed electrically or by means of a laser or an electron beam.
