Event registration will open in July 2026 and will be free of charge for all Nokia customers and partners.

An event pass includes:

• All conference tracks
• Exhibition entry
• All coffee breaks and lunches
• Networking events entry
• Speakers’ presentation slide-sets

A pass does NOT include hotel accommodation, optional offerings and personal travel charges. Any hotel charges incurred during your stay will be charged directly by the hotel upon check-out.
 

Optional offerings:

• Spouse/partner ticket for the networking evening event €250 (per ticket)

All applicable fees are payable at the end of the online registration process and will be charged by Conference Works Pty Ltd. dba CW3 on behalf of Nokia.  A detailed receipt can be downloaded directly from the confirmation site as well as your confirmation e-mail. Please contact the Nokia Events Team for any questions regarding the registration process.

In the event of cancellation prior to 2 October 2026 you will not be charged a cancellation fee and will receive a full refund minus any applicable transaction fees. In case of cancellation on or after 2 October 2026 or no-show, we reserve the right to levy a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of your registration fee or €500.00 if you registered for a free pass.  All optional offerings will be non-refundable after 2 October 2026.

If you are unable to attend the event after registering, a substitution from the same company is permitted at no charge. Substitutions must be made in writing to the Nokia Events Team with the names and email addresses of both the original and substitute registrant. Any balance due will automatically be transferred to the substitute. Cancellation of travel reservations and hotel reservations are the exclusive responsibility of the registrant.
