Customer Portal
For non-critical technical support and hardware service requests, please use our Customer Portal at https://support.infinera.com. If you are an existing customer and do not have a Customer Portal account, please complete our registration form and we will email your log-in credentials to you. This Customer Portal Quick Reference Guide provides information that will help you log in and navigate the portal.
Technical Support Request and RMA Guides
We also created a Technical Support Request Guide as well as a Return Material Authorization Guide to help you navigate our return process. These resource guides provide information to assist customers of lnfinera products who have purchased maintenance and support services in creating and managing support request cases on our Customer Portal. If you have any difficulty accessing or navigating the Customer Portal, our Call Center and TAC team are available to assist you.
Product Security Advisories
We take the security of our products seriously and strive to provide prompt notification and remediation of any vulnerabilities. Customers can report a potential security vulnerability by logging a technical support case within our Customer Support Portal. We investigate all reported security issues and publish field service bulletins for all validated security vulnerabilities. These advisories allow customers to assess the impact of the vulnerabilities and take appropriate action.
