How can I manage my order?

As part of our ongoing efforts to bring our customers the best possible shopping experience, the way we sell products and handle returns has changed as of 11 November.

If you placed an order before 11 November 2020, you can check on its status here:

If you placed an order after 11 November 2020, you can manage your order from your order details page. This can be found by logging in to My Account or, if you do not have My Account, using the link provided in your order confirmation email.
