The offices in Vimercate, Rome, Battipaglia, and Trieste host research, design, sales, installation, and maintenance activities for both fixed and mobile access and transport networks, in addition to the development of applications and network solutions.
Italy represents a strategic hub for Nokia, and in particular, the R&D laboratories in Vimercate specialize in optical transport networks and microwave radio links, where innovative technologies for global markets are developed.

We are proud to run the Isola Formativa project, a training initiative for interns with autism spectrum disorder. It offers a structured journey lasting up to three years, beginning with classroom learning and gradually transitioning into hands-on work experiences.
