Partner Connect: Winning with Nokia Optical Networks
The rise of Artificial Intelligence and the increasing importance of data sovereignty are creating unique opportunities for Nokia partners to grow optical business in 2026 and beyond. In the evolving, and less secure, macro environment, we are increasingly seeing enterprises in all regions reevaluating their data centre, cloud and infrastructure strategies, with their data centre interconnect (DCI) needs also evolving, to better serve their changing business requirements. This seminar, aimed exclusively at Nokia Partner attendees active in the optical networking space, will cover the market drivers, key applications and differentiated solutions. We’ll also introduce the Nokia partner initiatives and tools that are enabling our partners to capture these emerging DCI opportunities and win together with Nokia in 2026.
Securing telecom in the post-quantum era
Prepare for the future of network security by joining our seminar on quantum-safe networks, where we’ll explore the transformative impact of quantum computing on telecommunications. Gain a solid understanding of quantum cryptography fundamentals, including key generation, entropy, and encryption, while learning how emerging quantum technologies pose new risks to traditional network security. The seminar will cover key strategies such as Public Key Cryptography (PKC), Pre-Shared Keys (PSK), Quantum-Key Distribution (QKD), and defense-in-depth, offering critical insights into safeguarding telecommunications networks. Additionally, participants will get an overview of the Nokia 1830 Security Management Server (SMS), a crucial enabler of quantum-safe networks, and how it integrates with encryption-capable transponders.
Designed for telecommunications professionals and anyone interested in securing their systems for the future, this seminar is accessible to all, with no advanced expertise required. Attendees will leave with knowledge of crypto-agility, layered protection, and building trust in a quantum-ready world.
WaveSuite automation: from use cases to implementation
Start your journey toward optical network automation with an overview of network automation applications and areas that can benefit from automation. We'll explore Nokia's optical network automation ecosystem, including WaveSuite applications and custom implementations designed to meet specific customer needs. The framework is built around several key components that support three core automation pillars, defining various categories of use cases. Within these categories, you'll discover real-world examples and learn how to enable them using the appropriate WaveSuite applications.
These use cases include optical network rollouts and transformations, network upgrades, flow-through provisioning, closed-loop operations, spectrum defragmentation, advanced network analysis and diagnostics, bandwidth on demand, calendaring, secure communications, and many others.
