At Nokia, we work to create a culture that is intentionally inclusive, diverse and empowering. Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) are a source of value creation and sit at the core how we do business and engage with people. They differentiate us. To continue to lead the way, it’s important for us to transparently share our thinking, and role-model the best I&D practices. We listen to the manyfold, diverse voices of people who want to create technology that makes the world act together -- customers, partners, employees, stakeholders, and those who consider Nokia as their next career step.

Nokia I&D work started already in the ‘80s when the first employee resource groups were set up – all of them still in full swing. Since 2017, Nokia prides itself of having a team of I&D professionals supporting Nokia’s business. I&D features the team’s thought leadership to inspire others to follow suit.
